Hello everyone! My name is Josh Goldsmith. I have been looking for a mastercraftf or a while and finally got one. I bought a 2006 X15 fully loaded. The 4 tower speakers and the tower mounted mirror aren't installed yet. The only thing i didn't get was a shower option but it was ordered with the switch incase i ever want one. It is a dream. I have only been out on the boat once but this weekend i am hoping to get 2 more times out. I feel like a million bucks driving it. I just had to share my excitement!

Nice looking boat and congrads. I just picked up my first MC as well. Not a new one like you... I went with a classic 1978 Stars & stripes. I really like the new boats but grew up always wanting an older S&S. Take care of her and she will take care of you.

You pick a really nice color on your boat, I like it. I also like the 2006 tower more than the 2007. What engine does it has ? And please do post more pictures of the interior.

Thanks everyone for the complements and the nice welcome to the forum. I am still in awe that i finally have the boat. I was looking for a boat for about 8 months. I used to go to the lake all the time with my old glastron and drooling over all the sweet looking mastercrafts that drove by. Now i can be part of those sweet looking MC's.

My boat comes with an MP3 plug and was curious on how i can hook up my ipod. The mp3 jack has a plug similiar to a pair of headphones plug. I hope that makes sence. What do i need to buy to plug in my ipod. Anyways thanks again.

The boat has the MCX motor upgrade which is BEAUTIFUL and it matches my boat:D . The gauges are also red which looks sweet. I will try and get some interior pics this weekend.

You are upgrade from an old Glastron to a 2006 X15 ? What were you thinking ? This is the order you should follow. First a Glastron, second a Bayliner then an X15. :D

Congrats on the new X-15 !

I am waiting for my X15 which should be finished building by tomorrow and sent over here.

When I was playing with the colors, I tried exactly the pattern you have, very good choice. We ended up with the switch design and a mix of colors.

That's a really good looking boat. I didn't think I was a fan of red, but the newer red MC's are growing on me.

I thought about the bayliner but decided on the MC8p . My glastron was a 1976 glastron 16' closed bow boat. I bought it for 3k my senior year in high school and wakeboarded almost every other day for about 1 1/2 years then just kind of stopped going to the lake. It was wierd getting back on the lake.

I plan on using the boat alot on Nacimento but i do have a houseboating trip (my first one ever) to shasta the end of july. Very excited about that. Anyways thanks everyone for the complements.

I'm with mtnsun. I like old school. Maybe it's just because I can't afford a new one, but I really like the stars!
