If I get bored tonight, I'll upload a picture of me and Don Ho after I sang with him in front of 1,000+ people.

Sat next to Jennifer Jones on an airplane as a child. Talked her ear off. No pictures.

Somewhere, there's a picture of me and Fred Thompson.

I wish I had snapped a pic you guys would love... Right after mapple won the runoff in the 03 us open at Lago, he walked out of the water right in front of us to a screaming crowd. My kids are just playing in the water and could care less who this guy is getting out of the water next to them. Pretty funny as I'm sure he's the kinda guy who would stop for a pic with anybody, but that shot would have been hilarious to them later in life!

Well, no pics, but I went to high school with Michael Stipe of R.E.M. We worked together at Howard Johnsons. He was a dish washer and I was a cook... The last we heard from him is when he got fired because he had a "gig"... we all laughed... yeah sure, a gig huh? Well he came back to get his paycheck and said he was off to form a band in Atlanta.... Well the rest is history. He is gazillionaire, and here I am responding to this post rubbing my nickles together! But hey HE has a mark on his permenant work history and I have a, 86 prostar, CR125, CR250, Yamaha Warrior, Z71, 4x4 Tahoe, two Turbo Supras, a couple of guitars, and oh yeah a wife and kid..... all of which needs a but load of maintenance that keeps me broke!

you two guys are cracking me up with the Jake and Elwood pics...thats good stuff.....

When we were in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl....we met Vince Vaughn from the movie old school....he was talkin to us and it was easy to tell that he was an AUBURN fan...a buddy had the disposable camera and he had somebody take our picture.....(well we snuck up beside him and did the "ear muffs", because he said he couldn't do any pictures.)

I met Bill Jordan, owner of Realtree, when we flew to Oxford Miss, for the OLE MISS vs. AUBURN game...he was a Split End for the Rebels when Archie Manning was QB.

met a good many race car drivers over the years...got a picture of myself and hut strickland racing go carts while we were on vacation in florida...i was like 10 or 11.

and my favorite picture is one made with the Indain in Cheerokee N.C. hes famous for having his picture made.

Speaking of Rod Stewart..

1. Proof that you can have absolutely NO talent to become famous. ( see William Hung)

2. Proof that women need glasses and have very poor taste in men..

3. Another add to the " Money gets you anything" thread...

Lots of stories & no pics..... sounds like me.

Years ago I worked as a grip on various programs and met people like Jerry Seinfeld, Los Lobos, Sam Kinison, Kenny Wayne Sheppard & the Smothers Brothers. It was hard to work with Seinfeld, only because the entire crew was laughing all the time!

One time I was on a pay phone with my brother & some big black guy walked up behind me. I looked over & it was Curt Warner (old Seahawks running back turned car dealer). I spewed something about him standing here to my bro & he called BS on me.........so I handed Curt the phone.

The little pub I hang out at occasionally is also home to John Johnson, '79 world champ Seattle Supersonics forward. Occasionally his old teammates come visit, Jack Sikma, Gus Williams, Dennis Johnson & Freddie Brown to name a few.

My former boss used to work for John Tower (attorney General) way back when. One night, a friend with whom he worked was supposed to meet him for dinner and ran about 2 hours late. He sat at the bar and fumed until his friend finally walked in. As he griped at his friend, his friend just smiled and said he had to pick up Frank and that he wanted them to meet. My former boss brushed this invite off at first, but finally relented. That evening, he got to have dinner with his friend and Frank Sinatra.

On an unrelated note, long before my time, my dad had Bing Crosby over to our house for dinner.

It was a little tight in there with 5 of us & I didn't recognize him. When we made it out my buddy says, "Hey man, did you see who that was?!" I was like, "No, who was that was?" I may have mentioned this above. But here's me singing (or about to sing) with Don Ho in 82. I often wonder what became of the young lady that shared the stage.

A buddy & I were walking out of the Seattle Billiards club about 1/2 drunk & bumped into Kevin Costner & 2 of his bodyguards in the mezanine area between the doors. It was a little tight in there with 5 of us & I didn't recognize him. When we made it out my buddy says, "Hey man, did you see who that was?!" I was like, "No, who was that was?" He tells me it's KC & I didn't believe him so I walk back in the place......... sure enough, it was Kevin. After I said hi, his bodyguards made sure I knew where I was going....... outside.

We gots our own famous peeps on here! Related to Kevin Costner! MONTE72:D

I'd have to remember where my picture with Mickey Rooney is.

I met Ben Stiller on the set of Night At The Museum, but couldn't get a pic (I was working).

Some huge dinner theater in Honalulu. The two of us were picked out of an audience of well over 1,000 people. My parents told the guy it was fine for me to go with him (sketchy), and then forgot where I'd gone. They started looking around for me and then noticed as I walked across the stage. I had lines, one of which was a crack about Don Ho's age (got big laughs). Can't remember the other one, but do recall that we sang "Tiny Bubbles."

I still have that bottle of bubbly somewhere, not that it'd be worth opening.
