So it's going to be warmer in Michigan than SoCal this weekend?!? Is that a first for the month of April?

Probably, if we can get our new lift figured out we might be able to do some skiing and boarding.

70's here in NJ all weekend, might hit 80 on monday. River temp is still 43 after getting over 6 inches of rain last weekend, and lots of debris.

Should be ready to hit the water by next weekend, not going to risk hitting a floater in the river just to run the boat for a few hours.

The charger is on the 2nd battery. I have some course work to do. Might as well throw my sky ski in just in case we finish early.

What was the water level? We didn't get to get out and heard that it looked like "normal" summer pool. Is that correct?

if you're asking about Center Hill, the levels were just fine. Maybe slighly lower than it was in September. I was surprised how high it was. The only issue were the hundreds of logs, branches and other debris i had to safely manuever around. Water was a chilly 56 degrees.

Just got back from the first day out and I'm hurting. Almost got up barefooting but I'm not there yet. Water was cold right around 50 degrees.

Yup the new boom is great.

I was at hopatcong. They had the no wake sign up when I got there, called the police but the ban was no longer.

We had our first day out Sunday. The air temp here in WI reached 90 degrees so we had to take advantage. Sorry no picts the camera battery was dead, it was only a beer cruise anyway to make sure everything ran correctly before we were out with a whole boat full ready to ride. I did decide to hop in the water with my ski. The boat kept saying the water temp was 68 degrees, I don't know it didn't feel that warm, I had to go in with the dry suit. The water conditions SUCKED! I was trying to ski the main channel of the Mississippi on the warmest day of the year so far. The boat traffic and rollers sucked. It got so bad I had to get in because we couldn't run the boat at 30mph to keep me up the rollers were so big the people in the boat were bouncing off their seats. I did manage to get a little more time in. I pretty much just got up and road behind the boat, just to be out. It felt great and wow did my legs get a workout trying to stay up and balanced with all those rollers. Now my body is telling my, you fool!!

Does anyone know how to calibrate the air, water temps or if that is even possible? Maybe the water really was that warm, and it just seemed colder because the air temp was so warm and really dry, no humidity that day at all. My feet and hands didn't go numb, but boy it sure felt cold!
