Does anyone know where to locate a replacement switch panel for a 93 PS 205. It is the panel to the right of the steering wheel that houses the switches. And while I am at it. Where can the switches be found? Does anyone make the panel in aluminum?

I have the same problem! I have an 89 PS 190 and my switchs are falling apart! The problem with mine is that I know the switchs that are in there arn't stock so I don't even know where to begin to get new ones!

since you are both replacing the panel, you have the advantage. You get to pick whatever switches you want. go to WestMarine.com and pick out the switches (blue sea system are the best) and then cut your new panel for your new switches.

Last year I had to change all of the breakers and two of the switches in my 94 PS 190. I call the local M.C. dealer and he did not know what breakers and switches they were.(no parts catalog for that old)
He had me email pictures of them to him. He sent me new ones that would work.
I was able to do it all over the phone thanks to the internet. :D

My friend made his own panel for his 87 prostar out of aluminum.
He even installed a depth finder in the panel. Pretty cool.

Check the Boat U.S. and/or West Marine Catalog, I picked up a couple of switches last year for my 96 190 but I do not remember which one I ordered them from.

My suggestion to get a new switch panel would be to call a few dealers and hope that one will have this spare part. When I needed just one fuse holder for my 1985 MC 2 years ago, I called MC Customer Support. They suggested I call one of the dealers who has been around forever. I tried finding their number for you, but I don't have it anymore now that I have upgraded to a 2004 MC. However, if you call MC Cust Spt and ask for the long established MC Dealer in Georgia, this might be the place to start. The new MC web site might also get you to this dealer. Good luck.
