The scoop was originally used on the Ski Fly boats known as "the Beast" that had, IIRC a supercharger on the engine. As you know, engines run better with cold air going in the intake rather than heated bilge air and some people were able to order their regular powered boats with this scoop as a option.

Would the 60,000 price be correct. Sounds like a 25,000 drop after 80hrs. is alot?

I don't even see where it says what year it is, new $60k probably =and $35k now maybe depending on what year it is.

Company show boat must mean dealer demo boat and he bought it at the Cow Palace meaning boat show and he put 80 hours on it, I guess. Anyone interested may want to call this guy and get him to clarify is statement and find out what year MC, '03, '04, '05, hard to tell by the pics.

Not an expert for sure, but that tower looks like 05-06?? :confused:
