I was gonna say, no way you ski'd in Madison today!!! You going to try to make it to the Mag Mania in Sept or the Minoqua Mayhem in July?

Not sure about September since I will be teaching then. But, July is a strong possibility

That is not photo shopped. It's all from last week at Heavenly (Lake Tahoe). The day in shorts it was almost 70.

Wow, I have not seen Plake in a long time! I skied with him and Scott Schmidt at Squaw Valley in the late 80's. Those guys were nuts.

OK, I will conceed, the shadows just didn't look right. Must have been at noon.
You are a lucky guy to get to Tahoe and ski with your MC TShirt on.

Looks like good snow for toobin.

Here's a day earlier when it was not quite as warm.

Well I wasn't skiing with him. I'm not that big into the bumps. I like the groomed blacks to go really fast.

Not much better view than this.

They're still nuts. The Gunbarrel 25 is 25 runs of gunbarrel ( about 40,000 vertical feet total). Winning time was just under 3.5 hours.
