We are installing these kits in a couple of our customers boats, thought those with X-Star's might be interested. The system adds 2500 lbs to the factory setup!

The Fligh-High system I have;
Back : (840 x 2) = 1680
+
Front : (250 x 2) = 500
=
2180lbs
How is the weight distribution on this system and how does it come to 2500lbs ?

Goooooooo!

Wakeside has these sacks much cheaper. Like half that much.

2500 is from Fly High, that is the claimed weight. I'm not sure on the bow sac dimensions, could possibly be bigger than 250 lbs.

This is the whole system not just the bags. Wakeside offers just the bags. Kit includes directional valves and fittings, stop flow T assemblies, 50' of 1" hose, hose clamps and drill templates.

Im curious. Has anyone ever been cited on the weight limit of capacities? I know 2500 pounds would put any X-Star over its limits for gear/people.

That has been changed, or better stated is open to officer interpretation...many are now counting water weight.
