Jeremy79, on big lakes it can get rough. The kids need something to do. I don't try and throw anybody, just sit back there and ride. I try and keep the tube behind the boat, you can drink a beer behind me :toast: !

And some more (the water was rough -- no sense in beating yourself up on a board when you can do it to three of your friends in a tube!)

Here's a photo of my 84 S&S sitting in my driveway patiently waiting for spring. We only got 24" or so (Bostonians think it's a big deal, but I grew up going to Tahoe, which had just gotten 20+ FEET prior to my visit a few weeks ago). But the wind was strong and we had some very nice 6' drifts. Luckily the drifts stopped at the front and side of the boat and didn't pile up on the cover too bad.

You guys got snow and Texas got temps in the mid 70's....which sucks because my boat is winterized. Talk about old man winter teasing you.

I don't think it hit 70 in this part of Texas. Supposed to on Wednesday. We were all set to ski this coming weekend on LBJ, but some yahoo decided to open the dam and drop the water level 5 feet. Now my brother-in-law doesn't want to drop his boat in because of the boulders on the river.

Weak. ;)

This was from October 24th. I skied on Saturday but didn't get any pics. Water was 56 degrees air about 65. I wore a dry top under my full wetsuit and was plenty warm. Sorry to you yankees.......had to gloat :D

Ah real warmth as experienced on Kauai. If you make to Hawaii, you gotta ski with Ken on the Wailua river, even if it is behind a Malibu.

Getting married to go to cancun..... doesn't sound like a good idea to me...

Here is my vacation for the year. I dropped it off at the shop today for a tower mount bimini but it is almost ready for a summer of fun.

Actually the tower is a zero flex. Hopefully it will have a set of racks after the boat show that starts next week. I'd like to get one side for wakeboards and the other side for ski's.

Hey Master,

Have you been to the East?

I know there is a proper answer for that, I just don't know yet. I actually overstated by a month when I picked this name, my 2nd is Thrusday, and I am scheduled for my 3rd on Feb 27. How long have you been one?

17 years.

Congrats to you. When and where for the 3rd degree? That could make for a good road trip.

I have really enjoyed all that I have learned and done since I was raised.

My 3rd is scheduled Feb 27, in Morgan Hill, CA, My Grandfather was raised in '48, I had thought about it for years, but finally found the time to commit. My older boy has a petition in right now as well, that was pretty cool when he asked me..... :o
