I have a 2000 PS 190 w/ the 5.7L engine. Is it best to go with a synthetic oil or a standard? Also, which weight oil might be best here in south Florida?

I was hoping for a TEAK OIL debate between the debate teams of Wood High School (the Fighting Sanders) and Fiberglass Magnet School (the Rubber Mats).
