I am thinking about buying a used Mastercraft.
I want a X30 2006.
I am seeing the Fly bow becoming really popular.
Does this forum think that resale on an X30 could ever get hurt if the whole line goes to the the Fly bow, and is the Mastercraft line going to the Fly bow ? Opinions.

I don't think that would even be a factor in regards to resale value. There are still those that are not that keen on the super fly bow. But I am not one of them... Only time will tell but I highly doubt that the entire line would go to this style bow. Welcome aboard.

The "fly" bow is a matter of personal opinion. When it first came out on the X-star, I didn't like the look. Now I own one, go figure. I guess it grows on you.

If you're considering a X-30, why not get it all with the X-45? Depends how big you want, but since you're coming from a Cobalt 250, the X-45 seems more logical to me. ERK at Chicago MC has a nice used one, I think.

Whichever MC you choose, you won't be sorry. Great boats! (I'm on my third one)

Well, I don't know enough about Mastercraft I guess.
I was looking to downsize some for slalom skiing and wake.
The Cobalt ride is unreal especially on the 250, but wake is big.
Obvioulsy I bought that boat for cruising.
But now am wanting to ski more.
So, I am wanting to make sure and get a small smooth wake for skiing and also get a wake for wakeboard.
I was afraid the x45 would put out more wake at 32 than the X30.
