I'm not a big fan of having to purchase new labor law posters every single year, multiple sets ... I'd rather spend the money on something else ... if any of you want here is a link to all the federal posters

http://www.dol.gov/osbp/sbrefa/poster/matrix.htm#eeo

here is a link to the Washington state posters

http://www.lni.wa.gov/IPUB/101-054-000.pdf

you can click on the addresses in the state *.pdf to get to the posters

If any of you other employers have a different state site please feel free to add it (or your 2 cents)

Casey,

I get so many of these bully letters telling me I need this poster per the law and I can order "from them at xxx dollars"

Pisses me off to no end..... thanks for sharing

Why can't you print them, the Gov is kind enough to put them in PDF format. Can't you just get them printed at Kinkos or just do them at home?

Could you just print them on regular paper and put them in a binder and make it a read file that a new employee has to read upon employement and then sign a letter stating they've read the posters and know where to locate them
