That is nice! It's also near Grass Valley where I worked for couple of years!

Not liking the kitchen. You'd think there would be more granite...;) and brushed nickel in there for 2.5 mil.

Beautiful place though. :)

$2.5 mil is not bad for 20 acres...

Check this out... http://www.mcmoniglegroup.com/# ... I do not know how to link it, but look at the home in Newport Coast located at 1 N Pelican Hill... the developer I used to work for developed 5 homes like this one cheapest home was $6.5 million

I think the only truly 80s thing about the kitchen is the bar stools. Take 'em out of the picture and it's fine. Main countertops (not island) look like the original Corian. Just a guess.

Whole house is funky... they tried to do a modern exterior, with a country style interior, with all the wood and such.

Just a guess. well I was looking at the lighting, the cabinets, the island and their location and was thinking ooooh 80's with some new stainless stuff thrown in

I dig that wood ceiling and fireplace

I like the staircases, but that light in the kitchen really kills it for me. I know there are some rules about flouro lights, but dang...that's just UGLY.
