Where can I find the right Fuel/Air separator for my 1996 MC 205 fuel vent on the transom? I ordered one last year from Overton's but it was too small for my fuel hose. Without one, the MC 205 lets gas pour down the back of the boat!! OHHH NOOOOO!!! :(

Any suggestions on where to find this, or other ways to prevent fuel overflow are greatly appreciated. Of the obvious resolution is to only fill tank up 1/2 way...but that's not gonna get me very far ;)

Thanks,

KC

That would be awesome. What do you want for it and how can we set up shipping? Any chance you are in Nashville like me??

Thanks,

RESURRECTION of the thread!

I have the same problem of A LOT of overspill from the rear vent. My boat mechanic friend said to install some additional vent line to help with the problem. Any additional suggestions?

Get an air/fuel separator from www.skidim.com and install on the vent hose. Works like a champ, but be prepared to replace the vent host too if needed to match the ends of the separator. It's only a 15 minute job once you get the hose and separator.
