Indoor Boat Storage by Don Pedro/McClure

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question, but I can't seem to find any local sites.

Wondering if anybody knows of any good indoor (locked shed, etc.) boat storage places out by Lake Don Pedro or McClure in Northern California. I'm wait listed at the one right outside Lake McClure, but also looking for other options, just in case that one doesn't pan out. If anyone knows of a place out that way, please let me know.

Just wondering what covered storage cost out there. I rent a 12x35 unit, with a concrete floor and one outlet for $500/year.

The one I'm wait listed for is $960 a year; similar size. One mile from the lake, covered, locked, water, electric and on-site owner.
