guys, ive been learning to wakeskate on friends w'skates...different sizes ,dif. makes.....what size should i go for......is there a formula??
i'm 6 ft tall,189lbs...good skateboarder...ive found wakeskating enjoyable and fun and have managed a few wake jumps.....i want to buy a board when i come over in feb....any suggestions on size,make?

As with most anything it's all preference. I personally prefer the wood Cassette skates over the molded fiberglass ones. Something about 42-43" would be perfect for you. Big enough to go W2W easily on, yet still small enough for more technical tricks, svuv-its, varials, flips, etc...
Also, the concave/3D models are much better IMO. Better feel/more responsive under your feet.

Its All Pref. My friend loves the big flat ones for his shuvits cause he has more to land on. I like the small concave ones cause they spin/flip faster. Your height and weight dont really play any factor, if you ride a smaller board you just need to go alittle faster. Ride a few differnt ones and figure out what you like, then go pick it up.
