At least all the dead limbs and sticks will be blown out of the trees like it did here last week with 40-50 mph winds with sustained gusts to 60 mph. I tried to envision driving the house down the road at 60 mph and it scared me???????????????

North Texas blasted with high winds today gusting to almost 60 mph! The sky was an eerie brown from the dust being blown.
Knocked down my new $3000 cedar fence. Snaped the 4x4 posts off at the ground. I guess nest time I'll opt for steel posts.

I had to almost stop on Hwy 121 this afternoon because of the dust.

I now have to call a roofer... again. Went through this last year at this time but I didnt' realize that I had roof damage until $4500 later and new sheetrock in my master bedroom.

We had a tornado touch down in town yesterday. It hit my buddies wrecking yard and tore down his fences. It wouldnt have been so bad but a piece of fence landed on top of my 63 Corvair that I have been restoring. I guess I will have to scrap that project and look for something else.

A little place called KB on the rio... I'm sure you've been there or heard about it once or twice. ;) We'll have to trade some pulls if you ever go down there.
