Anyone do any geocaching? Budy of mine was in town this weekend and showed me what it was all about. High tech treasure hunting with the GPS. Had a pretty good time making some finds.

I thought it ment everyone was cashing in by selling the Geo's they had sitting in the back yard!

You mean Geocaching, right?

This caught my eye but not like I thought it did. My fiance does Geocoding. She is pursuing a Masters in Applied Georgraphy (GIS or Geographic Information Systems). It's sort of in the same ballpark.

PM me! The geocaching site is great and has been referenced here before. Find a box and grab what is inside for the kids! Remember to take something to put back in! They are all over and most likely in your back yard so to speak!:D I just got a Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx and still trying to figure out how to operate it.... Hey Hoosierbob I need to talk to you!!!!

It is fun. We have done it a couple of times with the kids for a hike in the bush.
