You'll pretty much need a UniSync tool (http://www.aaenperformance.com/snow_carb_acces.asp) to get it accurate. They're about $40.

I had one when for my 1962 Austin Healey bug-eye Mk I Sprite when I was 17. Man, those SU's were a b1tch! I've never synched any of my snowmobile carbs.

Starting Line Products (http://search.freefind.com/find.html?query=uni+syn&id=4615368&pageid=r&mode=ALL&n=0&x=0&y=0) also sells the UniSyn tool. They're different for each brand of sled, I think.
