Dude..........I have a houseboat at Lee's Ford. I posted in another thread that you better come to Mag Mania this Fall:DBeen to the falls more time that I can remember. Usually go to Party Cove now due to the proximity of my marina. 76 Falls is just too long a cruise in the Master Craft

Use to house boat out of Lees Ford. Belonged to IYC. Know any of those folks? I hear they moved to Grider Hill.

Copy that. Just got back from the lake today. Alligator ramps are dry. Been on the Lees Ford Site?My brother in law was there this past week-end. Our ramp is still usable and will be all the way down to 680'. It's an existing road. The only thing will it will only be 2 lanes wide.

They are the time share boats. Yeah we were there. I have a yellow X-30. Eric the big tall dude that takes care of the boats for the club lives down there on a house boat with his dad. If you see him, tell him Matt & Melinda will be down in the spring to say HI.
