Here in central NC it's down to 30 and wind gusts to 35 mph. In the morning we will have windchills on the mid teens, please go away!

NO Bri, we arent using stradevarius violins here. For you, we got some we found in a yard sale. I think they say Montgomery Ward or Sears on them.....8p Its -2 here this morning. So I will grab that violin and play the lovely sonata, "my heart pumps purple panther pi$$ for you." :D ;)

At least you have a fireplace! (we don't) I had to go to the marina yesterday afternoon to drain the water out of the engines in the old cruiser because it was going to freeze overnight. I hate this time of year, even down here in FL.

Supposed to go down to 25 tonight in Jax. I'm going to start a fire in my fireplace tonight as well.

I just got off the phone with Lakey. I figured I better check on him after I saw the weather channel national thing this morning. He was frozen to a small tree in his hammock, near a Taco Bell. His cell phone still worked, but the battery was going low. He couldnt dial for help as his fingers are numb and his eyelids are frozen shut. I offered to get help for him, but he said No, that he was alright. He was going to try to get inside the Taco Bell for some thing to warm him up. Keep an eye open for the lad. If he needs help, help a brutha out!;)

34 in Jax right now. Just checked my garage, it's 58 in there. M/C should sleep well tonight.
