I Grew Up Skiing Behind A 1969 Ski Nautique My Grand Dad Bought Brand New In 69. His Son Skied At Callaway Gargens And That Was The Boat Back Then. IT HAD THE CHRYSLER 318 WITH 225 HP.. We Still Have It Today, But Its The "family" Boat. Hell With That - I Wanted Mine!

Home Is Down South In Good Ol Alabama!

Thanks For The Welcome Guys!

Welcome, my northern neighbor! Congrats on the new boat. Mine is basically the same as yours -- it's a 1990 PS 190 -- same hull and engine. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I bought my first on in 2004. it was a 2004 197 I think I had it for 2 or 3 months. then I sold it to a person in Reno NV, that was a crazzy drive. then I order My 05' TT now I'm on boat four. and I loved all of them.

AWSOME and WELCOME...that boat looks like it can be brought back to
a super clean looking package. Saw that is had NC #s on it. Maybe SE CC in Orlando it selling a LITTLE far out of dealer territory. To bad the owner went ot the other side...He'll be back

Congrats and you have come to the right place for input on your boat.

Check out BREIOD's boat...very simliar to yours

Welcome O2. I have the same boat as you and it has been a ton of fun. What kind of skiing do you do? You will find the PS190 to be pretty versatile. It's awesome for slalom and barefooting although the wake is a little weak for wakeboarding.

I also have the same trailer as you, but and I noticed that your trailer does not have the safety bar. The front is held in with the winch strap only. While the safety bar is a nuisance (wish I had a boat buddy), it is an important safety feature of the trailer. You may want to look into adding a boat buddy at some point. In the mean time, a transom strap would be helpful to keep the boat from shifting while on the road.

Nice boat! A good year IMHO! Looks like a newer interior, nice. If you want, I can look up the manufacturer of my removable platform brackets, to see if they still make them. It's nice to be able to take it off occasionally. I also noticed the missing "bar" on the trailer that the eyebolt goes into. I'd recommend converting to a Boat Buddy, or at least a beefier setup to attach the front.
Welcome to the world of MasterCraft!
