Can someone give me some options for covers for the JL speaker on the tower.

I have the screamin sacs, they're a little thin, but they do keep the bugs off the speakers while driving down the highway... not exactly worth the money they charge for 'em though.

www.speakersox.com did a fantastic job for me. Very speedy service as well. I highly reccomend them. I also had them make me a mirror cover & board rack covers. Everything fit very well.
Here are a couple of pictures:

I have the same black covers from speakersox that X2 has above.

I like them. They can also put on the MC logo, which makes them look that much cooler.

They dont keep water out, but they do protect from bugs - And if you're anywhere in Florida, you know how much of a mess 'love bugs' can do to your boat/tower/speakers...

We have the speakersox for the board rack and speakers, so much easier to clean after a long drive.

If you drive any distance to where you board or ski...and its hot, the bugs pretty much melt to your speakers and are really hard to get off. With the speakersox, we just swish them away in the water after we launch and you are good to go. Completely worth the money to me.

I had a tower cover made for my X-30. Covers everything. If I can figure out how to post the pic I will. I have tried before but have not figured out how to post it from my documents.

That is a nice tower cover, there use to be a company on the net that sold an nylon/elastic cover, but I can't find it anymore. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It was made at the dealers upholstery shop. Devil's Lake Water Sports in Manitou Beach MI. http://devilslake.mastercraft.com/

There is a company that makes what I think they call a tower sock. Could be from the same comapany that makes the speaker sox. An internet search should do the trick. I have seen them before while shopping on-line for tower accessories.

One other thing. This cover was re-worked. The first one tore while trailering on the freeway. I sent it back and they installed a screen material by the speakers. You can see the open areas on the ends. Since then have had no problems with the cover tearing. And the best part, no bugs to clean!
