If I'm working that correctly, thats $220/sq ft. Is all waterfront prop that expensive in the area?

Is that near the house that they park the cars in the yard? the value may go lower due to that

Dock on the river. 5.2 miles of navagable (sp?) water from dam that controls water level in all instances, no flooding problems. The only problem is the water is too flat sometimes and it causes these reflections of the surroundings:D

Great skiing with a course and all private water.

JR -

That is very expensive for this area. If someone were to ask me what it was worth I would say in the 7-8 hundred range max.

From the photos, it appears to be a beautiful home.

Agree, the photos looked beautiful inside. I believe it said only 3 bedrooms though? Looked bigger.

On the river? 300 for a teardown up to 2.5m on the very high end. Most 500-800 range......

It is a nice home Bri but it's not 1.25m

I guess.......The house across the street from me just sold for 1.3 Mil and it sits on a small retention pond. I may be able to retire soon if I decide to sell my house.

220 sq ft doesn't seem that outrageous for waterfront property with the finish work that they are describing.

Hey Steve - here's my down payment :twocents: ... and only if I get weekend water access rights. :D

Edit: Uummm...change that to weeknight access. Thornapple is too busy on weekends!
