Jim was a very likeable upstanding guy. He was a member of my men's group at church, and could always come up with the wittiest remarks for any situation. I really feel and pray for his daughter Haley. She is the only immediate surviving family member and at age 25 has to plan a funeral for both parents and siblings. She was at a christian conference when the accident occured... Please keep her and the family in your prayers...

She is in our prayers. The last we heard here on the news was the victims had not been identified yet!

Life confuses me ????????????????

Yes, me as well. There appear to be no easy answers. HE does what HE wants, even when it is not what we want or understand.

I will pray for her and the extended family.

Thanks for posting Monte. We definitely keep them all in our prayers. It is good to see our brothers and sisters in Christ on this board share sorrow as well as joy.

What an awesome testimony from the daughter. That is the true peace and hope that can only come from knowing the true Peace Maker. I'm convinced the Lord will bring people to him through this.

Well put, for a lack of better words "there are no words".

Two weeks ago my wife and I attended the vistation for the 24 year old son of a high school classmate of mine and I told my friend there are no words to say that would comfort him and he told me to go home and just give our kids a hug!

Agreed. Bringing people to Himself has been His goal since the beginning.

That is my sentiment exactly. Amazing composure from a 25 year old.
We will be praying for her and her extended family.

Really tragic, I'm sure your church is doing all it can for her.

Thanks for the posts and the prayers. After seeing photos of the accident, there is no way any of them suffered. Hopefully the family can gain "some" solice from that.

Wow... My family's prayers are with them.

This is awful. There have been two fatal small plane crashes here in Ohio in the past month. One of which claimed all four members of a family. Very sad... :(

Exactly what I was thinking. Wow - I can only wish that when my time comes, I have 1/2 that much composure.
