I'm building a garage on the lake with a boat cart going up rails to the inside of the garage. My question is, what height door will I need to have the boat make it in the garage with the tower up??? With the tower down I barely fit a seven foot door on dual tandem boat trailer. I'm guessing the cart will be about the same height as the trailer.

Thanks

Boat is the 2005 Maristar 210 VRS boat.

Mag, UMP, jlf & husband can all confirm this.....
but while we were at Lake Cumberland we saw this boat going up this incredibly steep hill! on rails being pulled by a truck!

it was insane:eek3:

My Dad's Sea Ray rides down to the water on a system similar to this....I'll try to find pics.

You're going to have to determine the height of the boat when it sits on the cart/dolly on the rails to determine your garage hight.....this is going to be vendor dependent.
