Not bad for $10.00

Edit: I wasn't sure if pic would appear, but this is what I just got done cooking. Won at my friendly neighborhood bar yesterday.

Yup, granite top. Got it from one of the largest distributers in this state. Happens to be a good friend of a good friend. Apparantly saved me alot on labor intensive extra's such as edging. Put it in about 3 years ago.

C'mon over. You can have a beer to wash it down with, too.

how long have you had it? It looks great but my first thought is, how hard is it to keep that backsplash area clean

I got it last night. Oh, you meant the granite? Had the granite for about 3 years. Backsplash is real tongue and groove fir with oil based paint. Stays real clean. We like the look. Took out the tile splash. Hated it.

I know that this photo wasn't that interesting, but it's not often you see a 12 lb. lobster.

My best friend owns a bar. They have been having this little raffle for a few months to raise some money for a friend who was killed in a motorcycle accident. Anyway, every week they raffle off a lobster which is at least 10 lbs. $2 a ticket, but almost everyone spends $10 for 5 tix. I won last week, too. I was a little busy, so I just had them cook it there on Monday when it was slow, and about 5 guys had dinner. This week I had to go get it and cook it. And gloat about how I plan to win next week, too.:D
