I am eating Thanksgiving leftovers AGAIN today for lunch. I was just wondering who else is stuck with last week's goodies?

I love the Thanksgiving leftovers. I just finished a turkey sandwich for lunch. Cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing, salt and pepper between two slices of bread. We had dinner at a friend's house this year, but I made sure to get some leftover turkey to take home for this reason.

We have our Thanksgiving at deer camp each year and there are always a few guys that stay up the whole week after so we always leave the left overs for them :D

Still have way too much turkey, Think I might make some chili out of it. All of the sides are gone.

No leftovers at our place. We didn't do the traditional. We had meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It was just the wife and I and the munchkin for Thanskgiving. No sense in making a big meal for the 2 1/2 of us. ;)

Just take the meat and throw it in a meat grinder, thats what I do, and it gets rid of the meat real quick.

Maybe we should have a chili cook-off at the next gathering.

Even better is turkey and smoked sausage gumbo. Great way to eat the leftover turkey.
