So I see there is football on this Thursday evening and I think COOL, when I go to look at the TV listings it states "Broadcast on NFL Network - To subscribe press enter"

What the hel1? Now I have to pay my cable TV bill and then I have to pay extra on top of that to see a nationally broadcast game?

Where's Kramer? I needs me a tirade....

We get the NFL Network as part of our standard cable package. I'm assuming I won't have to pay extra to see the game. If so, fuggedaboutit. There's two other games on "regular" TV that day.

Why not find a sports bar that will have the game on? Surely.. at least one Bar will be open..

Don't get me started with the NFL Network. Most cable companies refuse to offer the NFL network to subscribers due to cost. The NFL Owners Group refuses to come off the price. Basically, if you don't have Direct TV or a Cable Company that carries it you cannot get it.

I guess I am luck with my directv it is included. I have to admit I sometimes stop on the channel when channel hopping but I don't go looking for it. Living in the Philly broadcast area and having a Stillers fan for a wife (she does have other redeeming traits) NFL sunday ticket became something she wanted. Who am I to complain :)

NO, you dont. You can watch two bums fight for free right here, Hoosier and WFT will eventually get into it here over something. :D
