I don't know there ATL. That thing looks awful funny. MC's have the motor hidden in the middle of the BOTE and the prop underneath. What is that big thingy in the middle of the stern for????
I mean, your MasterCraft logos don't even match up??? It says Master Craft

Still not convinced ATL. ;)

Wanna race 0-35mph for pinks?? Kidding aside, I have never been beat out of the hole by any inboard. I have raced new Nautiques, Malibus with the Monsoon engines, and Prostars with the LT-1 and a slot. Usually 0-35mph I have them by a boat length or two, but once we hit 35mph, I leave them in the dust!

I've been in Rockmans BF200. Agreed........they are VERY BAD ARSE boats!
I never really guaged the pickup of these boats, their takeoff feels so much different than a V8 inboard.
Come to think of it, I think the only time I was in it, we had about 9 or 10 guys in it trying to do barefoot lines with 2 booms. That mighta had something to do with the giddyup

0-36 V8 inboard 5.5-6.5 are the fastest and I think the BF200 does it in under or around 4 sec! You go first Jeff! My 285HO and I will sit here and watch!8p

Nothing in the line up, MasterCraft right? BF will eat them all alive! OH yea in case I forgot the race will be to 65MPH! So once your arse gets handed to you at 36 be prepared to have it in your face for awhile! Now if we were chained together and it was like a tractor pull I am in!8p

Late reply here, but for airguid pitot pickups, instead of polishing them, I can't say enough (from a functionality standpoint) about replacing them. You will have to drill holes in the new pickups so they match the holes on your boat, but having an analog speedo that doesn't clog up anymore has been really nice. Sure, perfect pass always tends to work, but for $15, it's nice not to have to look at a dead guage.

/edit. Yeah, I would take a needle to the old ones and unclog them, but they'd clog right back up within 10 minutes of going back into the water (lots of silt). That's no longer a problem.

What would you be replacing them with? I assume you're using another type or brand that performs better?

The replacements they have at skidim. They have a wider opening/superior design.
