Seasons not over yet, last chance of the year, November 18, 2006!

St. Charles IL, Chicago MasterCraft will be giving pulls behind the 2007 ProStar 197!

Let me know if anyone is interested by responding to this email. Will be an informal gathering, show up, ski, hang out, take off...no set schedule as of yet!

Lets see what kind of interested we come up with! If there is enough interest, we can get a wakeboard boat out as well.

Everyone should plan on meeting at Potawatomi Park in St. Charles, IL around 11am. We'll be on the water from 11 until we run out of skiers, or it is dark!

Contact me if you interested!

Thanks,
Eric

Wow, back deeps in 42F water, that takes some stones!

Looks like a lotta fun.

Looks like the sidespray is just hitting the footer on his R foot when he's on the BFI handle+lead, right? Can you notice any effect from the spray? Just checking it out - my 197 is a nonhooked hull so I'm interested in the comparison.

Presume that's a MCX engine - are you running flat out with two footers on and for one foots? If not , how much throttle is still left?

sorry for the threadjack, inquiring minds.....

Boat was a 2007 197 w/ the MCX equipped w/ a powerslot transmission. Plenty of powe, we've had 6 long line footers behind this boat :)

Two guys on the boom I was holding about 40mph and probably could have pushed them to 43ish if I wanted.

42 w/ boardies, rock!

That's seriously the coldest air+water i've ever skied in, i've done similar water on sunny 70 degree days in spring, but with the wind, and air temps, and no sun it was cold.

If YOU weren't there, as either a barefooter or a spectator than you missed the race of a life time . It was intense and really dramatic, an awesome race at breakneck speeds that caused constent jockey'n for 1st and 2nd right from the start.

Our TOP BIGDOG foot'd the entire 7 mile course alone at 45-50mph
and it wasn't until our second lap of 3 that of first transtition was made.

I'll go ahead and post all of the pic's probably Mon-Tues.
BTW, we ended taken 3rd Overall in the OPEN CLASS.
