I arrived in Vegas last night for a convention. I will be here through next Tuesday night. (Dang that's a long time in Vegas!!) Anyway, does anyone have suggestions as far as restaurants I can take some clients too? So far I have reservations at FIX-Bellagio, Olives-Bellagio
L'Atelleir de Rubichon-MGM and Mortons. I need to keep it to approx. $100 per person or less. I can easily change around these reservations if someone has a better suggestion.

Chime in fellas....I'm all ears! Viva Las Vegas!

Just took a group of customers to the Okada at Wynn Las Vegas. Best Japanese food I have ever had. Expect $80-100/head.

We did "SteakCraft" at the MGM Grand....... I don't remember exactly the price per head - but you might blow the 100 range...

It was very good - although expensive - I wouldn't have paid that much for chow...but the pit boss sent us over after we gave 'em our cash at the tables:o

I have no suggestions, I am not a vegas expert for sure.
We had a top notch meal at Michaels but it's wayyyy over a hundred bucks a person..

You will wow your clients with the place if you do it though!

Better than that (or Morton's) is Del Friscos just off the strip. They have an awsome cigar bar there as well.

For an old Vegas experience go to Hugo's cellar in the Four Queens downtown. Food is good but the atmosphere is great.

$100 per person?

OK... on this same note on the other end of the scale... I will be in Vegas next week for a few days too. Can any body recommend some good restaurants for under $10.00? Since I am with out the kids, I prefer any place that does not serve "nuggets".

However, T-Scott if you are writting the bill off anyway and are willing to spend up to $100 per person... I am free on Monday. :toast:

I'm flying out Monday morning. We're going to Prime at the Bellagio Tuesday night...it's supposed to be very good. If you try it, post back and let me know what you think.

Here's what NOT to do:

Play around "riding the rail" on Bally's moving walkway like a drunk *** 18year old and expect to get away with it.:o

Do not overserve yourself and then bet an obscene amount of money on one hand of blackjack.

Never blindly bet the horses because your wife says "bet on the pink number nine"

Do not expect to win at Slots

Do not get pick-pocketed on the street by leaving your valubles out where they can be snagged easily. Keep your cash and your wallet in your front pocket next to your boys.

Do not miss going to the Venitian or Ceasers SportsBook if you are a sports guy at all, these are the best.

What TO DO:

Have a good time. Our CFO is there right now at an ESOP conference...

Rick was there most of this week for a conference. I stayed home. He stayed at the Venetian and says it isn't in the "affordable range" if you are looking for $10.00 food. My food at home was the most affordable. :)

If your looking for cheap maybe go somewhere off the main stip.

Well I thought I'd give you an update on the restaurants I ate at here in Vegas. Good thing I was on the company tab. Whoever said food in Vegas was cheap is dead wrong!!

Fix, Bellagio-Great food, but noisy as it is right off the casino. Approx. $85 per person

Foundation Room, Mandalay Bay-Incredible atmosphere with very good food. No idea of the $$ as my boss picked up the tab. I'd guess $150 per person.

Pure Nightclub, Ceasers- My company rented the club for a private function. Absolutely the coolest club I have been in.

L'attelier de Rubichon, MGM-Great food, but small portions and VERY overpriced. Cost $135 per person

Nove, Palms-Very nice Italian restaurant with a great view of the strip. Approx. $80 per person. Then went to Playboy club and a new club called Moon. Moon actually looks down at Ghost bar on the other Palm tower

Mortons of Chicago- Very good food and top knotch service. $100 per person without wine.

Overall, very fun time in Vegas, but my fat a$$ is going to need to hit the treadmill after this week. I'm ready to get home!
