I havent been to St. Cloud for about 10 years, used to be there every day in the winter. I pretty much lived at the nearby ski hill when I was growing up.

Wish I had some good suggestions for you. Short of driving down to Midwest MasterCraft I'm tapped.

I have buds that go to school there. The bars there are fun. Red carpet lounge and Rum Runners.

At one time St. Cloud State was known as the number one party school in the country. I think however that it presently has dropped to number 4.

Minneapolis/St. Paul are only 50-60 minutes away. More to do - but depends on what you want. You must be buying some granite - lots of granite mining in/around St. Cloud.

The Huskies pale in comparison to the mighty Gopher Hockey team!

:D St. Cloud can be a good time, check out the Red Carpet, Also Minneapolis/ST paul has a ton of fun, You have 1st Ave. which has lots of intimate performances by great musicians. You also have varies mens "clubs" in that same area. Mall of America is in Bloomington just a short drive on 94 to 494. I am around 1.5hours from St. Cloud so I don't know a whole lot but I had a friend that lived there in college for 5 years I can contact him and see if there is anything else of interest. PM me if you want more info, I will see what I can do for you.

Grew up in St. Cloud, lots of fun there. Like others said, Red Carpet, Rum Runners, and McRudy's.

Husky hockey is good, better than the Gophs, but both are inferior to the Fighting Sioux!

I've lived about an hour north of St. Cloud for 20 years. I've been there maybe a half-dozen times, only because they had the closest Harley Davidson dealership.
