I think you will want to check with Jim@baws or The FAQ. There are a bunch of threads on this. Hope this helps you.

Try Jim first for the OEM benefit. There is also a guy who does a couple of different kinds on ebay. I posted here on what people thought of him and had good replies and suggestions. Search under my posts - there are not that many...
search under ebay motors / boat parts / mastercraft

I have the same boat as you. You won't find original OEM decals for your boat, but if you want to upgrade to newer decals, BAWS, Liquid Sports (in Jacksonville) or Mastercraft of Charlotte may have them. Otherwise, any decent auto/boat graphics shop should be able to make them for you. That's what I ended up doing.

If you are going to have some custom made, here are the measurements for the letters.

I was at Liquid Sports in Jax last week. They have a ton of old decals. Call Cliff or Robin @ 904-854-9100 and see if they have what you are looking for.
Check with Shawn at http://www.redlinevinylgraphics.com/ . He is recreating a full set of OEM shadow letter decals for my 92 PS 190 for a very reasonable cost. I found out about him from my local MC shop. This is where they go for their out-of-print decals.

Good suggetstions, I have followed through with a local guy who will be able to make them from the descriptions included on this website.
Except.... I cannot find a close up of the new prostar 190 rear hull decal for him to copy from. Can anyone snap a photo for me??
