Rod,

I own my own granite company as well, even though its been 2 years I hope to someday own a car like this. Where is your shop and are you going to Vegas for the EXPO? Nice ride my friend

Rod,

If you can drop 200 grand on that Lamborghini, you can certainly just buy that ski lake in Chico.

There was a great review of the Lamborghini Gallardo in the NY Times a couple weeks ago. Sounds like a couple car reviewers have totaled 2 or 3 Gallardos on the test track.

I saw one of these as I was pulling our PS through Kelowna BC. (was same colour too). Actually what stuck in my mind is not what I saw but what I heard. It took off like a rocket, but thing sounded like 10,000 tin cans dragging across the pavement. Sounded crazy and very loud!!! What are they, 12cyl or 16cyl, or something?

Rod,

Im going to the show to buy a CNC, are you running one and what kind?

rodltg2
11-05-2006, 02:02 PM
no cnc, i have a cmpi inline and 3 hand routers, and now adding the pro edge. i dont want a cnc because it will be to hard to find a good operator.

only thing i can recommed is buy american! those italian machines are pain to get parts and support.

I have a Pro-edge III and the Sierra bridge saw, they are built like a tank and never had issues with them. Thought about there CNC but dont care for there design. I want a CNC that the bridge is attached to the rails and the table. More stable and less vibration. Good luck on your Pro-Edge purchase, you'll be happy. I'm looking at Northwoods and the CMS machines

I think you will have WAY more fun in the new park trailer. There is nothing better than sitting on the porch with a cold beer, shooting the $hit with the neighbors... I do it all the time at the river!
