View Full Version : Original Blower motor location??

As part of a maintenance chain of events that eventially had me removing the engine cover and aft floorboard of my Tristar, I noticed that the blower motor (which operates) attached to a broken hose and lying against the starter. There is a two holed bracket attached, but it is not apparent (to my untrained eye) where it attaches. Anyone know how this assemby mounts? Or better yet, an online pdf page of a maintenance manual. Boat had been "rattled" and I'm sure I'll find more loose stuff.

On my 89 Tristar it is attached to the exhaust hose by a couple of tie wraps.

Thats what I suspected, but the bracket confused me. Hose came last week, so it'll go on the list of winter projects. Thx.
