From the etch-a-sketch looking pic, the transom reminds me of a CC....
I hope there isn't a single exhaust pipe......

Like a CC? I ski behind a CC regularly, doesn't look anything like any I've ever seen. The transom on a CC looks really wierd, I think this looks great.

No, it is not a picklefork in the bow. The actual boat is not completed (interior) so any thing you may see is subject to change.

I picked up a copy of the brochure today. And according to the sales guy- Corey at Midwest MC he said that they are still playing with the interior of the boat - seating, built in cooler etc. He also went on to say that the hull is stepped up quite a bit from what touches the water, which leaves less wetted surface in the water from a dead start - so your exceleration will be better. According to him they expect ot get one in for the boat show in January - evidently the lead designer has has some serious health issues, yet they feel they are on track to ramp up production in December.

The pictures in the brochure at this time are only drawing concepts of what the completed boat will look like. However the owner of Midwest did get to drive a "hull" and he told his staff he was very impressed. Should be interesting -wish I had more $ to consider trading off my 209.

We even have a shot of the wake, I was not able to drive (or see) the hull myself. The pic right below the drawing of the 214 is the actual wake pic with the boat loaded to production weight.

Anyone else notice than in the concept drawing (the latest, provided by Erk and Midwest MasterCraft )that there is no ski pylon?

It's spring loaded, telescopes and pops up out of the floor, the tower folds into the interior side panels and under the flip up rear seat. The ballast tanks act like big radiators and passanger heaters, so there is no need for a fresh water pickup.

The boat good looking. What is the price going to be on it?
