View Full Version : Charlotte ski partners needed

10-21-2006, 10:55 AM
I just purchased Jimmie Seimers old Tournament Team boat this year and in need of a serious ski partner. I like to ski in the INT Leauge tournaments and take my skiing very serious. If you like to wakeboard that's not a problem either. I like to get out at least twice a week. Please contact me at [email protected] if interested. I know the season is pretty much gone at this point but would like to make some contacts for the start of next year.

I used to live up at Lake Norman, but live in Arizona now. I knowthat there is both a Lake Wylie Ski Team and a Lake Norman Ski club, or at least there was a few years back. Try looking them up, google. Good luck and dont swallow the Carolina mud water!

have skied with them for a year or two and the people I hooked up with ended up being a bunch of flakes.

Dam, I want to move to that area..
Was at Norman for vacation last July and bet we end up in that area again this July. So if your interested in a little less serious skiing for a run or two, Iíll look you up..

2007 ski season is finally here... water is still a touch on the cold side but it's time to break the boat out. I'm still looking for people to ski with this summer and hope to make several connections to ski at least 3 to 4 times a week. shoot me an email and we'll get the boat out and hit the course or just a quick run for free skiing... email me at [email protected]

I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE LAKE!!!!!!! HORRAYY!!!! I finally got to try my new (to me) '06 D3 Nomad. All I have to say is WOW!!! you set this thing on edge and away you go. Even though it was just free skiing this ski sets out of the turn and really takes off across the wake. I can't wait to get some good practice in and start hitting the course to see if I can get back near my personal best and hopefully hit a few new PB's this season.

Are you on Norman, Wylie, Moss???

I live down by Wiley but I ski up on Norman most the time because there is no course on Wiley any more.

Hey everyone. Im at lake Norman right now for vaca. We are staying at a really night Condo right across from Midpoint. We were out on the water today and man is it sweet! Tomorrow they are having some big tieoff thing so we are going to try to stay clear of that! Sweet lake here though look for the blue and cream stars and stripes.
