I just heard about this on the news and thought it would be a great info post to help make others aware. This has been all over the web lately and more and more people are buying the tools. I have included a PDF that will give you more info about it.

I picked up a lockpick set out of curiosity for me and boys to play with. Downloaded the MIT Guide to Lockpicking referred to in the original article, and picked up a cheap, run-of-the-mill, 5-pin tumbler deadbolt from HD. Within 2 hours, my 12 year old is opening the lock easily. Kind of interesting how different locks respond to the pick. Gives you a nice warm fuzzy feeling doesn't it? Most locks only keep honest people honest.
