Snap the asp and put in a freezer bag. Pour in some fun Italian type dressing and let set for awhile. Put the grill on high and toss the drained asp on the grill in a basket. Cook for a couple of minutes and shake the basket a couple of times as you go. Some people like their's really crispy. I like mine not so crispy. I sprinkle lemon pepper on them as they cook.

Last night was homemade baked potato soup with beer bread and a glass of milk. It is getting cold here so it's soup weather.

Hey Stevo I was wondering if I might have that chili receipe from MM2? If it isn't a secret receipe that is.

Shot a feral pig (50lbą sow) -Yesterday AM - Sliced the backstraps about 1"+, dipped in flour + seasoning, brazed in a skillet, then mixed up brown gravy around them, simmered for about 1 hr in the gravy.... Served on rice bed ---- green vegi - Serrano peppers (Fresh) - Of Course - a few Coors lights are neccesary during the cooking/eating Process - :D

I just grabbed the crabs on a whim at a seafood mart so I didnt have all the usual fixings or sauce for a proper sandwhich but I just pan fried them with some fish fry batter and ate them on some toasted italian bread. They tasted great but for next time I'll do more research on the preferred cooking method and get some remoulade sauce.
