Glad your next picture included the chicken! Looked like a suicide kit in the making! Thanks for the excuse to drink on Thursday. I think that was the only day I had forgotten. Nice looking meal, beats the Ho Ho I had for dinner!:o

San juan - the ex saw an article somewhere that said that you had to use Lone Star 16 oz...

I know it sounds dumb and Lone Star? But it worked out because she was only doing 1 chicken & I got the leftover beer - after about 2 16 oz Lone Star tasted about like one of them high dollar Micro-brewery beers.....

Did Erk send you the chicken???
Erk talks big about being some Chicken Czar, but dont deliver the goods when it comes to poultry. He might be the worlds greatest boat salesman, but he sure as heck aint Colonel Sanders illegitimate son! ALl he kept tellin me about was he was bringing chicken to Mag Mania. I kept asking what I should do for food. and Erk kept sayin, "dont worry UMP, I am brining chicken." and "hey UMP, wait till you taste this awesome chicken I am brining to mag mania." and "dont eat too much junk food UMP, save room to load up on my parents overstock chicken." and I never even saw one feather while I was there.

He will be back! He loved it. His only issue was he and the family had never seen the side of me that is presented here often. I don't think he was offended. He compared it to watching a trainwreck! You know it is gonna be bad but you still watch! He is a heck of a cousin and about the only family outside of the immediate I have. We ski and drink a lot of coffee!
