Is 23K a decent deal on a 2000 PS 190? LT-1 engine, 150 hours approx. w/ trailer (single axle) Cover, and extended pylon.

Overall good condition.

And I know, test drive it FIRST!!! Not for a short time, but drive the hell out of it!.

i would say it's a little high. You have to add value for the trailer, but not that much, and those hours aren't low enough to add significant value. that's 37.5 hours per year, which is low for most of us, but not for most people, probably about average.

I thought they ran out of LT-1s in 1999 so it's either a 2000, an LT1, or I am wrong...

That is not a bad price as long as it's in the kind of shape that you'd expect out of those low hours.
Eric, you should have bought mine!
I just sold a 2000 in great shape for not much less than that and feel like I gave it away because I don't want to be a boat salesman.

ok thats the one you posted before with the ltr motor and PP
nice lookin boat but not an mc trailer (I dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing but you need to look at it hard and load and unload to be sure it's a fit)
I'd add nothing to the value for the reverse gelcoat and I'd ask about that back seat to be sure it's in good shape since its not in the pics.

back seat never been used.

How do you tell about the trailer?

Good looking boat!
Souds like a fair deal if you can lower that price a bit...
At 150 hrs for a five ski seasons old boat,it's a low hrs boat.
If the engine had a couples of oil changes and didn't overheat,i would say it's almost a brand new boat half the price of a REAL new one!

well you need to see how the boat acts going on and off the trailer to be sure it's not a funky mismatch that will plague you forever

also, I cant tell if the tonge on this one hinges upward like the mc trailer which will help it fit in standard garages
does it have brakes?

It definitely looks good.
