Good stuff.

Never thought I'd find anything I'd rather have than my MC but I might have to hand over my pink slip for a nice Beaver.

Hi guys, here are a few pics of what us Canadians do when when we get a little bored out on the lake.

I thought the answer was going to be -Drinking more Molson than we typically do!

Kennbarbie, how long did it take to get the skiers up? Those Otters are big planes, but I'd think that big radial engine could get them up pretty quick. I'd love to try that! I'd be sportin' some swim goggles to deal with wind :D

One of our customers has a Beaver with a turbine engine(?) ....apparently the engine alone was over $400,000:cool:

My question is.......How's the wake? The ideal thing would be to get the plane to take off and stay about 5' off the water and the wake would be non-existent

Great pics Kenn!
You're really a "Crazy Canuks!"
Beaver seaplanes are one incredible plane and yes they can be retrofit with a turbine...
Canadian governement bought some for 32 000 CDN in the early 50 's and sold them by auction last year around 350 000 $ 2 years ago....
