I have to say after my Harley, I said I would never get anything else.. Yeah its kinda cool the attention I used to get on it, and its the old "if you have to ask, you just don't get it" syndrome...

BUT, I have been looking at the Honda VTX1800/1300 and I have to say they feel real good and look darn nice.. NOT enough chrome maybe, and not quite the harley ambiance but darn nice...

Anyone have one of these?? Or been around them?

I have a 1998 Honda F-6 Valkyrie Tourer. I run the wheels off of it! My buddies have VTX's Harley's and Yamaha's. I am not a "V" fan but I tend to lean toward the look of the Yamaha. All of these bikes should offer incredible power and reliabillity. I have not heard any of my friends who own the VTX say they made the wrong choice (1300 or 1800). They really rave about the 1300! Try a Valkyrie! Smooth and powerful. Add the solo package and it doesn't look half bad. You will have to go used but it is a Honda. Get on the VRCC (Valkyrie Riders Cruiser Club) and they will give you links and info on the VTX and Valkyrie. Get your Accessories at Honda Online Store.
See ya,
:D

I have a VTX 1800 and love it. It's a great bike. I would love to ride the new triumph. That thing looks awesome
