We got bored last weekend and from scrap materials sitting around decided to build a portable tiki bar on a utility trailer I had sitting around. Believe it or now we had corona buckets, lays, beads, indoor outdoor carpet a couple bails of hay, which I kept calling hails of bay, and table skirting sitting around...

Anyway we went thorugh 2 gallons of appleton's rum, a half a gallon of 151 rum, 1 gallon of vodka, 1 bottle of jagermeister, 2 cases of corona, countless bottles of mixers, over a hundred lays????, tons of beads, and who knows what else as we drove around our river community...

We ended up with $31 of tips, some front side shots, and so on...

I guess I should mention that we attatched everything with 12" wire ties and 2 vise grips...and the tiki bar sign came off the river bank and was painted by my wife and 3 year old son...the whole project took 1.5 hours...and 6 coronas...

A floating Tiki Bar would be sweet.

How does that thing travel?

Do you have to take everything off of it?

no it held together great...speed limit was 15 throughout the neighborhood anyway...no rattles except the beads swinging over bumps...we drove it about 5-6 miles throughout the day...I even mixed up 4.5 hours of tiki music from itunes before we left...people were laughing so hard they had tears rolling out of their eyes when we pulled into their driveway cranking tunes....

Very Cool. Guess it won't handle highway speeds on the way to the Buffett show. Love the tiki torch on the back.

Put that baby on a pontoon boat and make it a floating bar, I can see real big money in that!

license...now thats funny...the other day we had about 20 boats tied up in a flotilla and about 60 people floating in the water drinking adult popp which is a funny site...60 adults all holding one arm up holding a beer...the coast guard pulled up and said..."hey doug, how the boat running???" I gave him a thumbs up and off he went...license...we run this county...lol...just kidding...we did have to dodge all those freakin golf carts though...now thats the business I want to be in...midifying golf carts...big bucks!!!
