What have you seen that is solar/wind/water or the similar powered that is cool? Something for indoors or out.

Or maybe even something useful that is self (or energy) efficient most people (or myself) do not know about or may not have seen?
Like the incandescent/LED subject here (http://www.tmcowners.com/teamtalk/showthread.php?t=11328)

As a side note- Yes I know how to do searchs on this thing called the internet.

I have been thinking about this, (http://www.siliconsolar.com/shop/catalog/40-Gallon-Solar-Hot-Water-Tank-p-16146.html) excet I think my house is too shaded to get the benifits.

I have also been looking for some solar post caps (http://www.siliconsolar.com/shop/catalog/Solar-Post-Top-Light-p-34.html) simular to these, but need ones to fit a 6 x 6 post. Will probobly make my own this winter.

I have also been thinking of a solar powered fan (http://www.overtons.com/modperl/overtons/detail/pdetail2.cgi?r=detail_view&item_num=72310&fcat=) to put under the boat cover for those times when I dnt have a choice but to cover the boat when it is still wet. I don't like the idea of putting a hole in the cover like this one, thinking of a solar cell to lay on the plaform with a small fan to sit on or near the back seat.

One of these (http://www.censolar.es/solarcar.jpg) would be nice, but would need to be home before sunset.
