Any advanced/intermediate wakeboarders care to comment on the X-15 wake? We mostly hydrofoil, but have been having wake jumping contests and compared to our last 03 X-2, not liking this wake as much. It's plenty big, but the launches aren't landing as well as the last boat. Not sure if we just need to get used to it, or it really is not as good. We love the ride of the X-15, the surf wake, the hydrofoil wake (26 mph), and the interior room! Thanks in advance!

have you tried adding some length to the rope. We had to do this coming from an I/O to the maristar. good luck.

So far at Chicago MasterCraft, the X-15 has been in high demand and has been loved by all.
The wakes are different because the hull designs are different. You may have to just get used to it or try playing with various things like speed, it seems in our boat if you speed up the wake gets stiffer so you get better pop. Someone mentioned rope length. I would also try adding additional weight in various places and see if you get a wake more to our liking.

We finally found a decent wakeboarder. He rode at about 24 mph, and had no problem clearing the wake and doing back flips. He described it as "huge"...and just needed getting used to. Good job Mastercraft!
