I have a 06 X-Star and was thinking about installing a Harmon Kardon, drive and play for my IPod. If you have never seen one click here [URL="http://www.harmankardon.com/drive-1/default.aspx"]. I was just wondering if anybody out there had one installed on their mastercraft, if it works and how the like it. Let me know and thanks.

For a second, I thought the remote replaced the throttle knob and might screw onto the ski boat throttle. Now that'd be cool.

I've got a Griffin I road trip. I keep feeling the temptation to plug it into the cigarette lighter adapter on the boat and go. But I have this fear of the ipod getting wet. MP3 CDs continue to be an inexpensive alternative for us.

Now that looks cool

Plus you could keep the ipod in a dry place.

Looks similar to what is on the new S class Merz. I dunno about the HK but the one in the Merz is super sweet and it controls everything in the car.

I've got one. They're nice, just don't get them wet. We got caught in a rain storm and the controller got wet. It didn't work until we dried it out and unplugged it from the power source......

Keeping it dry was my concern as well, so I went with the Clarion Ipod controller through Crutchfield ($120). Works very well as long as your okay with setting up your 5 playlists and not scrolling through your entire collection. You can see the list and track number on the remote display, but no names will show up. Extremely easy to install and it looks totally stock.
