I call this one a helicopter to back spasm.

Trick Tips
- find water that is too coppy to be on
- become impatient
- cut into the wake (approximate speed of balls to the wall :eek3: )
- flail arms into the air

Confirmation of a good execution
- cracked rib

After 3 weeks and the sharp stabbing pain is still around, I believe the diagnosis was correct. Had to put the wakeboard and golf clubs up for the year. Need to heal enough so I don't rebreak it on the snowboard.

Broke one skiing last year. Know how you feel. I dreaded a sneeze for about three weeks. The hot tub seemed to give me some relief.
At least you got a pic of it! ;)

Go to your family doc... they should give you Percoset for it! It doesn't take the pain away, but you don't care about it either. Mine gave me 650mg each time (I did a rib, then 8 weeks later, did another last year).

same injury about 3 weeks ago. hydrocodn/apap is the bomb! i skied saturday. hang in there! heli-remember don't cut hard, wait for your pop, hands in, and above all else, keep the head up. not doing it on the pacific ocean helps too!
