Trailer fender oxidation problem

I store my boat outside with a full cover that comes just below the chine line of the boat. My trailer is exposed to the sun light. I keep a good wax on the trailer but the fiberglass fenders keep oxidating. The paint on the trailer looks great but the gelcoat on the fenders looks terrible. I have used Meguiar's oxidation remover, Meguiar's RV / Boat Polish and Meguiar's Carnuba wax. Within a month the oxidation on the fenders is back.
