I got this in a forward today. I need a mathmetician to assess how in the heck this works... besides... "it's magic"

Didn't work for me. I picked 11. Of course, I didn't hold my cursor over the symbol it told me to "look at."

That is freaking crazy! You pick a number like I picked 21 then add it together (2+1)+= 3 then subtract that number from the 21 (21-3)=18 Then the fun part look at the symbol that is over the number such as my 18 in the ten seconds it shows the symbol of the numbe ryou picked!

I didn't either, but I did it 5 times and it picked it right all 5 times. different symbol... how do you explain that?

What Andy says....

All the possible nswers have the same symbol, unless you did the math wrong.
Symbols are rearranged with each time you try.

I'm not a math genius by any means but take any two digit number and subtract the sum of the two digits and you always get a multiple of 9. ie 9, 18, 27, 36 etc. Notice on the chart that the same symbol appears for each mulitple of 9.

the symbol you see is a mutiple of 9 ... always, each time you play the game the symbol for 9 (18, 27, 36, etc) changes ... eastie, 11 worked for me ... the symbol that shows up after 10 seconds is the symbol for 9

55 ... 55-10=45

62 ... 62-8=54

11 ... 11-2=9

For all the numbers 10-19 the final number will always me 9. For 20-29 the final answer will always be 18. For 30-39 the final answer will always be 27 and so on. If you look at the chart of symbols the numbers 9, 18, 27, 36 and so on all have the same symbols.

I think I understand the dirty trick now...

I should've taken the "math genius" warning more seriously. 8p

/english major should've read the directions better.

Pendo showed the answer. The symbols change each time, but the only answer possible is always the symbol that is shown, unless you are an English major!

That would have been cool, (If I didn't know how it worked FIRST!!:o )
